What are the age requirements for staying in a guest room?

Only those aged 19 or older can stay alone. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to stay, and identification must be presented at check-in.

What is the difference in breakfast inclusion and type? 

If breakfast is included in the room rate, you can enjoy a generous breakfast at the buffet restaurant.

Whether breakfast is included depends on the package you selected at the time of reservation.

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Early Check-in: Check-in before 10:00 AM will be charged a full night’s rate. From 10:00 AM to the standard check-in time, an additional fee of KRW 11,000 per hour applies.

  • Late Check-out: After 11:00 AM, an additional fee of KRW 11,000 per hour applies. Check-out after 4:00 PM will be charged a full night’s rate.

Do I need any documents for check-in?

A reservation confirmation and a valid ID of the guest may be required.

Is same-day room upgrade available?

Room upgrades may be available at check-in depending on availability, and additional charges may apply.

Is a deposit required during your stay?

Full payment for the stay is required at check-in. If payment is not completed, a credit card pre-authorization may be conducted as needed.

Is parking available? Are there any fees?

  • You can use the hotel’s underground parking on B2 and the outdoor parking lot.

  • Guests can park for free during their stay with prior registration.

  • General parking fees: Free for up to 20 minutes / 1,500 KRW for 30 minutes (500 KRW per 10 minutes) / Maximum 30,000 KRW per day.

What is the refund policy?

Free cancellation and full refund are available up to 6:00 PM one day before check-in.

After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Access to the swimming pool is complimentary only for guests who have booked a package that includes pool access. Otherwise, an additional fee will apply.

The Lagoon Pool is open from 06:00 to 21:30

The Lagoon Pool facility covers an area of 1,893.6㎡ (approximately 572.81 pyeong).

It features a 25-meter lap pool, a family pool, an event pool, and a jacuzzi.

At Urban Oasis, the swimming pool (Lagoon Pool) is available with a Daily Urban Oasis Pass (3 hours).

Is there a dress code for the Lagoon Pool or Soleado (swimwear requirements, etc.)?

The dress code is as follows:

All types of swimwear are permitted in indoor areas(beachwear, rash guards, aqua shoes, and bikinis are allowed).
The lap pool is accessible only with standard swimwear.
Entry is not permitted in non-swimwear attire(e.g., cotton pants, jeans).
Headwear is mandatory(caps are allowed; only swim caps are permitted in the lap pool).
Aqua shoes are required when using Soleado(sandals or slipper-style footwear are not permitted).

Lagoon Pool rental items and usage guidelines are as follows:

Life jackets and beach towels

Life jacket rental is available, and personal life jackets are permitted.
Children under 140 cm in height are required to wear a life jacket when using the pool.
Minors must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
To prevent safety accidents, the use of round tubes that pose a risk of capsizing or collision is restricted
(Children’s arm floaties and neck tubes are permitted; waterproof diapers for infants are allowed).
Adult tubes are not permitted.
