How to Access Personal Video Information and Location
To view personal CCTV footage, please contact the video information manager in advance.
Personal footage is only provided in the presence of police, and public video provision to the police requires a valid warrant.
Requests for Viewing, Confirmation, or Deletion of Video Information
Customers may request access to, confirmation of, or deletion of their personal video data at any time by contacting the video information device operator.
Safety Measures for Video Information
Enford Hotel securely manages video data with restricted access rights. Records are maintained to prevent tampering or alteration of personal video information.
Changes to CCTV Operation and Management Policy
This CCTV operation and management policy was established on March 1, 2025, and any changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to implementation.
